Jayant Co-founded Darwinbox that provides cloud-based workforce management and analytics application for businesses and currently heads the sales team. Recognised as the most preferred HCM solution in APAC by Gartner, Darwinbox is used by 350+ large enterprises to manage their end-to-end HR needs. Prior to Darwinbox, he worked as consultant at EY across functions like mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He was also with Deloitte as a consultant for clients in power, energy and telecom industries. Jayant is an alumnus of IIT- M and IIM - Lucknow.
