"Under Santanu's leadership, Talentsprint, has emerged as a leading player and was acquired by NSE (National Stock Exchange) Group as their EdTech arm. A member of the YPO (Young President’s Organization), he served on the board of multiple reputed organizations. A Distinguished Fellow by IDRBT (2010) he was nominated to the Champions of Change for entrepreneurs program in 2017. Santanu's past work stints include being Sr. VP at Virtusa where he helped build Virtusa as an aspirational employer brand leading to an IPO in 2007. He was also CTO at Openpages & Viveca & a research staff member at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. Santanu has authored over 20+ research papers & is an inventor on 2 US patents. He is also a guest columnist for leading publications. He did his B.Tech from IIT-M & his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.
